First Trailer for ‘Tyler Perry’s a Madea Family Funeral’

It’s here! Another trailer for another Madea film has hit the web.  However, it seems like this might be the last Madea movie that actor and director Tyler Perry will create.  Check out the trailer below.

Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family Funeral will be the 11th film in the franchise.  The series started with Diary of a Mad Black Woman back in 2005, and has had Tyler Perry in the leading role and directing from its sequel on.

If Perry is to be believed, he will be putting his Madea character to rest.  This does not mean Madea dies in the new movie, just that Perry is done playing the character. During a broadcast on SiriusXM radio Perry said:

I’m happy to kill that old bitch.  I’m tired, man. I’m doing one last tour in 2019 – the farewell tour – and the last movie is Madea’s Funeral that I shot two years ago. So we’re gonna say goodbye.”

The film is set for a release date of March 1st of 2019.

‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows’ 2nd Trailer

Its here!  The second trailer for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows debuted today, and I have to say I am stunned at how much fun it looks.  This trailer looks to show that this movie’s tone is going to be along the lines of the late 1980’s cartoon and that couldn’t get me more excited.  Check it out; what do you think?

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 Trailer

The first trailer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 has been released, and it’s exactly as you would expect from a Michael Bay produced film – loads of CGI…most of which is bad, and sexy women mid-drifts.

First off, we’re getting the first appearance from Bebop and Rocksteady here, the pig/rhino duo who served as Shredder’s henchmen in the original series, though this sequel does appear to trace their origins back as humans-turned-mutant-animals. Also joining the Turtles is the hockey mask-wearing vigilante Casey Jones (played by Arrow’s Stephen Amell) and mad scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry). Reprising their rolls from the first film are Megan Fox as April O’Neil and Will Arnett as April’s sidekick Vernon Fenwick. .

The film’s official title, oddly, is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.  I thought Splinter taught the turtles to always work within in the shadows? The film is set for a summer release date of June 3, 2016.
