It’s been a while since we heard anything coming out of Sony/Disney about the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming. However, the silence has been broken. Yesterday, via the official Spider-Man: Homecoming twitter account, two new posters were released of the webslinger, and this morning we got one more.
The first photo shows Spider-Man lying next to the East River with the very well-known Avengers Tower in the background with the caption, “Homework can wait. The city can’t.” The second shows the web-head attached to the side of the same tower, and the third a little of the same, however Spidey attached to a sign for the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway with a caption that reads, “Quickest way to get home.” Check out all three posters below!
Directing Spider-Man: Homecoming is Jon Watts and is based on a script co-written with Jonathan M. Goldstein, John Francis Daley, Christopher Ford, Chris McKenna, and Erik Sommers. Staring in this film is Tom Holland as Spider-Man, as well as Michael Keaton, Zendaya, and Donald Glover.
Little is still known about what the synopsis of this upcoming film is, however, with the release of these tweets I am predicting that we will get either an official synopsis and/or a trailer soon.
Spider-Man: Homecoming will be hitting theaters this summer on July 7th!
What do you think of these tweets? Are you excited for the upcoming Spider-Man movie? Leave a comment below, we can make a discussion out of it.
